The Cheerful Hat

I love what my son Chet created for a school project recently on creating a hat. He chose all of the materials, and made this fun hat! He used a recycled lamp shade, kraft paper, pom poms, feathers and foam.
I love the creativity and spirit of his wonderful hat!

He named it The Cheerful Hat. I think I'll keep it around for those grumpy days!

Today I plan on making small pieces combined with vintage dictionary images. They will be put inside beautiful vintage frames I've collected! I can't wait:)
